W dniach 15-22 sierpnia odbył się obóz treningowy grupy Krav Maga Mazowsze, którego celem było podniesienie umiejętności obron i ataków w każdej płaszczyźnie i kierunku na wyższy poziom.
W ogólnym zarysie miał on następujący przebieg:
Dzień 1,2- sposoby poruszania, schodzenia z linii ataków, unikanie ataków, poprawa wyczucia dystansu, wyprowadzania ataków liniowych i okrężnych z użyciem rąk i nóg, skracanie dystansu do ataków z użyciem łokci i kolan, używanie kombinacji, taktyka walki z jednym przeciwnikiem, walki zadaniowe
Dzień 3-rozwijanie sprawności parterowej, techniki rzutów, obrony przed szantażem bronią palną krótką i długą. Obrony przed atakami nożemwyproawadzanymi we wszystkich kierunkach, zarówno w ruchach pojedynczych, jak i kombinacjach, sposoby kontroli ręki atakującej, przetrwanie szarży ataków wykonywanych z pełną prędkością.
Dzień 4- taktyka walki z dwoma agresorami, rozwijanie akcji złożonych, używanie podcięć z uchwytu za ubranie w kombinacjach z innymi atakami i rzutami, zajmowanie pozycji do walki na ziemi.
Dzień 5- budowanie wytrzymałości specjalnej w uderzeniach i kopnięciach, kontynuacja skracania dystansu do rzutów, przechodzenia do pozycji kontroli i techniki kończące w parterze. Walki parterowe.
Dzień 6- Powtórzenie dotychczas ćwiczonego materiału, umacnianie kombinacji ataków, walki zadaniowe-uderzenia, kopnięcia, grapling nożowy
Dzień 7- uniki oraz obrony ręczne przed atakami pałką, turniej nożowy, treningi scenariuszowe z uwzględnieniem ćwiczonych technik
